Elyse Salley, MA, BCBA, LBA is a Licensed & Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Florida Supreme Court Family Mediator, Guardian Ad Litem, and Parenting Coordinator who has dedicated over 11 years to serving children and families in Florida. She holds a Bachelor in Psychology, a Master in Exceptional Education and Applied Behavior Analysis, and is currently pursuing a Master in Social Work.
Elyse founded Serenity Family Solutions based on the principles of communication and healthy conflict resolution. In a field dominated by litigation, Serenity Family Solutions strives to provide alternatives that are better suited to children and families.
In her personal life, Elyse is passionate about health and wellness. She has an affinity for rock climbing, yoga, ballet, and hiking and enjoys these activities with her two children. Elyse is a native of Seminole County and Serenity Family Solutions is a sponsor of Heathrow Elementary’s Parent Teacher Association (PTA).
Alexis is the Administrative Manager and a proud graduate of the University of Central Florida, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration for Marketing. Originally from South Carolina, she grew up as an “Army Brat” and has called Florida home since 1992. With a background in the Virtual Office and Executive Suite Industry since 2005, Alexis has helped hundreds of businesses across Orlando grow and thrive. She loves connecting with fellow business owners and entrepreneurs, and has served on the boards of NAWBO Orlando and Go for the Greens. In her free time, Alexis enjoys scrapbooking, planning fun girls’ nights out, and making memories with her kids and family.
Hayde is an Administrative Assistant and bilingual Virtual Receptionist with a passion for providing personalized, professional support to every client she serves. She brings a warm and welcoming voice, offering dependable telecommunication and administrative services with a personal touch. Outside of work, Hayde loves listening to music, dancing, watching movies, and spending quality time with her family. She also enjoys exploring new places and creating memories through travel.
Nilda is an Administrative Assistant and bilingual Virtual Receptionist with a heart for helping others and a talent for providing warm, professional support. Originally from Puerto Rico, she moved to Orlando in her early twenties and has loved building connections in her community ever since. Nilda brings reliable telecommunication and administrative services with a personalized touch. A proud foodie and movie lover, she enjoys beach days, traveling, and making special memories with her two boys. One of her biggest goals is to visit all 50 states!
Alison is an Outreach Specialist and honors graduate of the University of Central Florida. She has three amazing children and one sweet doggo. Her personal experience with divorce and the mediation process has gifted her with a passion for helping others find the qualified support and genuine care that she believes everyone deserves during such important life transitions.
Heather is an Outreach Specialist who exudes dedication and positive energy. In her spare time, she enjoys attending soccer games with her family and is deeply passionate about helping others. She also helps run a small business with her husband and strives to bring joy to both her personal and professional aspirations.
