Elyse Salley, MA, BCBA, LBA is a Licensed & Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Florida Supreme Court Family Mediator, Guardian Ad Litem, Parenting Coordinator, and Legal Document Preparer who has dedicated over 10 years to serving children and families in Florida. She holds a Bachelor in Psychology, a Master in Exceptional Education and Applied Behavior Analysis, and is currently pursuing a Master in Social Work.
Elyse founded Serenity Family Solutions based on the principles of communication and healthy conflict resolution. In a community dominated by litigation, Serenity Family Solutions strives to provide alternatives that are better suited to children and families.
In her personal life, Elyse is passionate about health and wellness. She has an affinity for rock climbing, yoga, ballet, and hiking and enjoys these activities with her two children. Elyse is a native of Seminole County and Serenity Family Solutions is a sponsor of Heathrow Elementary’s Parent Teacher Association (PTA).

Alison is an Outreach Specialist and honors graduate of the University of Central Florida. She has three amazing children and one sweet doggo. Her personal experience with divorce and the mediation process has gifted her with a passion for helping others find the qualified support and genuine care that she believes everyone deserves during such important life transitions.
Heather is an Outreach Specialist who exudes dedication and positive energy. In her spare time, she enjoys attending soccer games with her family and is deeply passionate about helping others. She also helps run a small business with her husband and strives to bring joy to both her personal and professional aspirations.
